Lettie was outstanding. We felt well taken care of throughout the process. We had a very compressed timeline given we were moving from out of state. During our visits she had appointments set up to review each day. She communicated with us prior to and after our visits. Purchasing a home in the middle of a pandemic out of state was no small task. Lettie’s professionalisms, courtesy and advocacy was superb She worked with our lender to make sure we meet our desired closing date and kept us informed all the way. If you are looking for an experienced , organized, time conscious and professional then Lettie Hill is your person. We closed in record time six weeks and iit was seamless process.

Working with Melinda was great! My husband and I were first time buyers and she went above and beyond to walk us through each step. She was very responsive via call, text and email. She made sure to keep us as well as our lender & attorney informed of any new updates. We highly recommend Melinda!
