The photos and 3D tour they created were absolutely stunning and really showcased our property in the best light. Brenda handled every step quickly and efficiently, always kept us updated, and she was always there to answer questions and provide guidance whenever we needed it. I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

From the beginning until closing Cindy was very professional and took care of all of my needs. When we first walked the property she pointed out areas that could be fixed to increase the sale of my home. I followed her advice and my house sold for above asking. She was very helpful and had great communication the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, she was perfect.

We have worked with Lisa in three sales and one purchase. If she was not superior in all phases we would not have worked with her repeatedly. She kept us informed at all times, advised us on pricing, bidding and countering. We were routinely updated on market changes and competitive properties near our property. Blake was amazing to work with! It took us a really long time to find and close on a house. He was extremely patient though out the process and showed us countless homes until we found the perfect one. He did a great job of identifying our taste and helping us figure out what the perfect home to meet our needs looked like, which was completely different than what we set out looking for in the beginning of the process.
