We were new to Atlanta (coming from Chicago) and we could not be luckier that we were able to find Ashley to help us find our dream home. From the first conversation she was upfront and transparent with the current market. We were able to adjust our search quickly and start searching with knowing the market situation. I flew into ATL to see multiple homes, Ashley took time for nearly half the week to focus on our search. Was open to see any home we asked for and was able to set up every walk through she could. Once we found our home Ashley was quick to negotiate, find every detail possible and guide us to a strong winning offer. Ashley took the time to walk through with the inspection since we were out of town allowing us to quickly close. Could not recommend using Ashley enough, if we ever are in the buying process again we will 100% use her and the team again and wont think twice about it.

I highly recommend Brittany and her team. She made the entire process from listing to closing EASY! Not only does she know her market very well, she keeps you abreast of all twist and turns throughout the entire process. If you’re looking to sell your home, then you need to look no further. The Brittany Loan Team will not disappoint.
