We were new to Atlanta (coming from Chicago) and we could not be luckier that we were able to find Ashley to help us find our dream home. From the first conversation she was upfront and transparent with the current market. We were able to adjust our search quickly and start searching with knowing the market situation. I flew into ATL to see multiple homes, Ashley took time for nearly half the week to focus on our search. Was open to see any home we asked for and was able to set up every walk through she could. Once we found our home Ashley was quick to negotiate, find every detail possible and guide us to a strong winning offer. Ashley took the time to walk through with the inspection since we were out of town allowing us to quickly close. Could not recommend using Ashley enough, if we ever are in the buying process again we will 100% use her and the team again and wont think twice about it.

I am sure we probably would have missed out on this opportunity if she had not thought of us and contacted us immediately. We got in to see the house the same evening that she told us about it and drew up the offer the next day!!
