FIRST AND FORMEOST WAS GLAD TO GET JOANNA AGAIN. SHE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN MACON AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET HER TO ASSIST ON GETTING THE RENTAL AT 686 SO OUR NIECE COULD GET OUT OF THE HOTEL WITH HER 3 KIDS. JOANNA IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WON'T LET ANYONE PULL THE WOOL OVER I EYES. SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR US AND RESPONED ALL THE TIME.KEY OR AGENTS. SHE EVEN WENT THRU CLOSING WITH US. NORMALLY ONCE AN AGENT GETS HER CHECK SHE IS GONE. NOT JOANNA. WAS THERE TO THE END OF SIGNING AND STILL CHECKS IN TO SEE IF WE NEED ANYTHING. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HER.

I really do appreciate Ann's knowledge and expertise. It's always helpful when people are knowledgeable. She is truthful and didn't just say things to us to make a sell. She helped by placing alternatives in front of us so that we could choose. We didn't mind doing our part we just needed to know what to do.
