I have had Chantay as my Real Estate Agent on three transactions. The first one was a large piece of property that had been on the market for 2 years with no offers. She sold it in 6 months. The second was the house in Waleska. She sold it in a week above the asking price. The third is a property located in Chatsworth. It sold in the first week with a cash offer. I cannot say enough about Chantay. She is professional, kind, caring, and above all honest. She works for her client! She is just tremendous!!

They were professional throughout the entire process. Got us the highest sale price in the development. Thier negotiation and communication skills were Top notch. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the Atlanta area.
