Moving 1200 miles across the country, selling and buying from a distance, and wrapping everything up definitely is a daunting chore - Ashley made it easy on the Georgia end. From coordinating long distance live-stream walk-throughs - to keeping conversation flowing between the realtor in NM and the lenders - Ashley did it all... Including going above and beyond to ensure the communication related to the sale of my home in NM went smoothly as some unique challenges presented themselves (and that is putting it as politely as possible related to the people who were "handling" things on that end). I couldn't have been more impressed with what she dealt with and how seemless she made the entire process appear. We listed on May 11 and closed on June 15. Ashley was exactly who we needed for the job. We told her up front what we wanted for the house.
