Susan is very professional, high paced and only a phone call away. She made sure we knew the entire process and communicated with us regularly. Susan was able to sell our house in a very timely manner and at a price we were very happy with. Susan was very knowledgeable about the market and knew what listing price would be great for our house. Alaina has helped our family twice in a year, and her caring professionalism shows! Our family was relocating to Georgia in August 2019 and were not familiar with the area at all, she went above and beyond to scope out rentals for our first visit. We were set on a rental, only 4 days before moving our new landlords decided to back out of the lease and sell, so Alaina went above and beyond at the very last minute to find us a home to move to within those few days. Of course when May 2020 rolled around we decided it was time to start our search for our forever Georgia home, she helped us not only find our perfect home but ensured that we found a home that fit our tastes while being below budget. While we were looking for our home here in Georgia, we also decided to sell our former home in our previous state, which Alaina was helpful in showing patience as we navigated both selling a home remotely as well as buying a home here in Georgia.
