This is the second time I have used Joey as my real estate agent. First when I purchased my home and again when I sold it. Joey took care of last minute details when I purchased due to me being out of state with my father after major surgery. He made the process less stressful. Joey was awesome in selling my house. I had moved out of state the weekend before listing and he took care of everything. He kept me informed of what was going on. Prompt in returning all my calls. He did 2 minor repairs sending pics when finished. I would highly recommend Joey Lee to any seller or buyer who wants a honest, dependable, a man of his word, real estate agent. My realtor was very professional, and made sure we got the deal we wanted. She answered every phone call and ever question what she didn’t know she got an answer back within the same day . Melanie was an absolute blast to work with during the sale of our home. She kept us informed, was available to answer any questions we had, and even arranged several services for us to help with the closing of our house.
