From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. After closing, she even gave me a gift to congratulate me on my first home. The process was fast and easy, and although I didn’t have a real estate agent of my own, she earned my trust and respect through her professionalism and kindness. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Working with Keith Nitsch was hands down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. We looked at what felt like 50 houses, and not once did Keith lose patience or try to rush us. I found Cydney L'Hoste to be an excellent Relator. Mrs. L'hoste had professional photos made of my home and got it on the market quickly. There were some complicated issues involving the septic tank with my home and Mrs. L'Hoste did all the footwork involved in going to the county to get plans for additional lines approved and even finding the contractor to do the addition. She also worked with the county to get my attic addition which was not permitted, approved for the buyers. She went above and beyond her duties in order to keep the sale viable. She was always available and returned calls promptly. She was very knowledgeable about the area and worked well with all involved in the process of selling my home. I would highly recommend her and will use her for all my real estate needs in the future.
