Wendy and I met 12 years ago at an open house venue. We immediately connected due to her amazing personality and dialed in intelligence to the housing market in all areas of the Atlanta market. I bought my first home after my divorce with Wendy as my representative and 12 years later. This amazing lady helped me sell that very same house due to lifestyle changes to a wonderful buyer. I absolutely love when everyone wins. Wendy understands the personal investment and emotional sensitivity of the transactional part of the business. I now have another home and when life transitions call to move this property. Yes. You know I will be calling her. She is an absolute professional in business today where so many are not. And on a personal note. I respect her. I trust her and I am privileged to say she’s become part on my inner professional circle. She is a rare individual who cares about her clients and puts their needs financially and emotionally first! Thank you Wendy again for being such an amazing advocate in this market.

As a first time homebuyer, Joel made the entire process easy and painless for us. He worked with our schedule to look at homes, and when we found our ideal home he helped us to place the offer, include our due diligence clauses, and up until closing was there for everything we needed help on. Would give more than five stars if I could!

Joel helped me sell and buy. He was responsive, helped us negotiate deals in both sale and purchase that I was very happy with. I have already sent his information to a coworker who’s looking to buy soon!
