Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. She is very knowledgeable, worked until late in the night getting our offer ready to be submitted. Answered any and all questions, if we needed contractors had those numbers readily available as well. She even entertained our daughter while my husband and I looked through one of the homes. If you want a realtor who won’t spam or harass you like many realtors do, Bonnie is the one for you.

Bernard was my realtor when I purchased my first home 7 yrs ago and when I was ready to sell it, there was no question of who I wanted as my realtor. Working with Keith Nitsch was hands down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. We looked at what felt like 50 houses, and not once did Keith lose patience or try to rush us. We both work full time, and he consistently went above and beyond—spending late nights and giving up his weekends just to make sure we could see every home we were interested in. We even revisited multiple homes several times, and through a couple deals falling through (through no fault of ours), Keith stayed positive, motivated, and committed to helping us find the right one.
