Cindy went all out to help us while we looked at houses to buy. Then we decided to look for land and build, instead. She was always available to us either in-person, via email, telephone, or text -- 7 days/week. Cindy negotiated a good price for the land we eventually purchased, and also helped us out when the seller's attorney's office was not paying strict attention to the information needed for the closing. Cindy is a pleasure to work with. We consider her our friend. She's the best!

One thing I will say is that Katy has gone above and beyond to do what it takes doesn't matter the time of the hour and as soon as we would see a listing she would be there to let us in and outside of that she would also use the contacts to show us listings that were going to come up in future and it was super helpful.
