Bambi did an excellent job helping me navigate selling my house. She helps with the negotiations and with explaining everything to me. She even helped me find another home which is exactly what I needed. She listens to everything that I wanted in a home and the area that I wanted and we found the perfect place! She is very approachable and understanding and really helped make the process less stressful. If I ever have to do it all over again, I will definitely be calling her!

My experience with Keller Williams agent Brenda Dollar, Mrs. Dollar was quite astonishing from the start! I was searching for a realtor that could access my situation thoroughly and quickly , I was selling my property per a divorce decree, I also had a short 2 month deadline. Mrs. Dollar set up a meeting with me to examine my case and after careful consideration she decided to represent me with the sell of my property. She also introduced herself to my ex spouse and advised that she was there to sell the house not acting as an attorney nor to be impartial! Within a day or two Mrs. Dollar developed a plan, provided references, resources and honesty. She also advised me that getting my house up to par in such a short time frame could be done but it would hard work as well as team work at some point. She also had to contend with my ex spouse, in which whom was bitter, and he did not make it easy for her but she remained steadfastly fair and impartial to both of us. Mrs. Dollar gave us reasonable options, resources and solutions. She also found alternatives and resolutions to our projects that we as home owners decided to tackle but did finalize . The thing that impresses me the most about Mrs. Dollar is the Integrity! And, also fact that she always followed up on what ever plan or task that we were under going. Making sure that we carried out the objective. She also checked in on the contractors making sure that the jobs were complete without cutting corners. Which in turn kept us on target with deadlines and the potential for maximum profit for the sale of our home. With that said I believe that if you want a realtor that has the zeal for what they do! Mrs. Dollar is your go to person! She is definitely going to make sure that its done right in all aspects of your home selling process.
