Absolutely amazing is how I would describe Renee as my real estate agent. As soon as signing on she offered advice on what I may need to do get the most money for my home. I listened to her whole heartedly and gave her the green light to do what was needed. She found a local contractor to do the work that was needed and when that guy decided to not show up and finish the work, she didn’t miss a beat and had another guy, not local to the area, show up to finish the work. I like to call him her Ace in Hole. After finishing the work, she personally staged the house and had other folks on her team start the listing for the house. I think the listing was on the market for about three hours before we were under contract. How she did that is still a miracle to me. Two days later the inspection was done and some discrepancies were noted that needed to be taken care of. She called her Ace in Hole again and everything was done before I knew it. Within weeks the house was sold. Listening to Renee and letting her do what she does netted me an extra 70K at closing. In two short months from beginning to closing she worked methodically making sure everything was taken care of. Hiring her as my agent was probably one of the best decisions I could have made when it came time sell my house. Thank you, Renee, for being so kind and considerate and for being able to see things that needed fixed I never would have noticed. Your perspective on how to spruce things up made my house feel happy, fresh, and new. I appreciate your positivity and can-do attitude and all the work you did behind the scenes.
