After speaking with Bruce about my concerns, needs versus wants and fears as a first time homebuyer, he truly absorbed and seamlessly addressed them with diligence and weekend call-backs. I have had a few rounds with Realtors and had felt a general lack of empathy or professionalism to bring me to make a purchase. Rest assured, when he was there on site writing up the offer to the seller/listing agent all the way to the closing table, I never doubted I was in good hands.
