Eric was very helpful, knowledgeable in every area of the house buying process, a joy to work with, made it stress free. Being first time homebuyers Eric made it a wonderful experience. We decided on a home after seeing 3 different homes, but we could of looked at more just because we looked forward to seeing Eric and going through the homes with him.
