My experience with this company still brings tears to my eyes as I think of how painless and joyful this process went... Feder was the 6th agent I hired and after the 1st meeting with him I was sold.... <br/><br/>What Feder did that other real estate agents didn't:<br/><br/>1) Made sure I was READY to buy. Although we all want to buy a home, it is important to make sure that we are not only financially prepared, but mentally ready for the responsibility. We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
