Being a single female, from out of state, and not having bought a house in over 30 years…Patty was a Godsend! I could rely on her ability to see everything I missed… and everything I liked! She is the most sincere and thorough person. She let me lead for the perfect house, but she always had backups in case my ideas didn’t work and if she thought maybe I would like something else. In addition, she answered every question I had about the area…which were a lot. She understood what I liked and could predict if I would like the house. She was 100% accurate. She stood by me as we lost out on some offers. Patty kept reminding me the right house will show up. And it finally did show up. I now own and love a house that was loved and is now loved by me. Karen Kelley is hands down, THE REALTOR, you want to work with when buying a home! She helped my husband and I buy our first home and was there for support and guidance every step of the way. We started searching the market and touring homes an entire year before we were actually ready to buy, and Karen was more than happy to show every single one of them to us. She came prepared with pamphlets on every property we were interested in and had all the info we’d want to know. She was so flexible, working around our schedule and even somehow scheduled showings when we notified her last minute. When we finally found our home, she got right on it.
