I had an approved renovation loan and man was the process laborious. He would point out red flags of the home, aggressive in drafting and submitting my offers timely to get ahead of the competition and he was not self-centered. Earlier this year we decided that our family needed a reset which included a move to Georgia. We were referred to Mrs.Kellye Rose to help us find the perfect home in Gwinnett County.
