Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!

I am about half way moved in to my new home and I could not be happier. I met Jasilyn at a home buyers seminar and knew that I wanted to work with her. During the hunt, if a house wasn't it, she asked me why, and took those thoughts into the consideration on future searches. Jasilyn was amazing during viewings as well, she answered all my questions, pointed out items that could be issues, and positives in homes. Her research comparing properties was great and was always sent very quickly. When we finally found the perfect home, the fun really started, and Jasilyn became even more invaluable. She really was the glue that held my whole buying team together. She was on top of everything, from the mortgage lender to the inspector. She kept in contact, made sure we all stayed in track, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what to expect. On the day we closed, I walked in for the final walk through and found Jasilyn waiting with my first house warming gift and a huge hug. I'm going to stay in this home forever, which only makes me sad because I cannot use Jasilyn's services again. I will have to make do with just recommending her to everyone I know or meet.

Blair was very responsive and really put us at ease buying our first home (a fixer upper) in an unfamiliar town during a pandemic. He's a great communicator, friendly, we had been looking for a home since January and we found Blair at the last minute. We would not have our home without him, and we are so grateful.
