Chris was excellent! The housing market is tough and he kept me motivated and optimistic. I am a single woman who is new to the area and he made sure that I looked in neighborhoods that are safe. He looked out for my financial well-being and kept me grounded, such that I did not over bid on homes and exceed their worth. He was skillful in the art of writing an offer and I am now a happy home owner.

My husband and I have moved several times in the last few years. We were referred to Vicki when we were moving to Forsyth County from out of state. We are so fortunate to have had her as our agent. We have rented, bought and sold with Vicki by our side. She’s a go-getter, a great communicator and she truly cares about her clients. She was always there to explain everything and make sure we knew what was happening in the process. We could call her at any time and she would answer. We have since moved out of state and she help us find an agent in our new area and even offered to review our new home contract. She’s more than our agent now. She’s definitely a friend.
