I don’t even know where to begin with Stephanie, she is just that amazing! Not just a realtor but an honest friend who will not stop until she gets you what you want and what you need! We came across Stephanie as the listing agent of a house we saw on Zillow and I could never be more thankful that she became our realtor. Stephanie has SO much knowledge of every aspect of real estate especially when it came down to the nitty gritty of getting our loan. She fought for us and single-handedly resolved situations that we had no idea how to navigate. Stephanie will absolutely fight for you too in whatever that may mean! Sandra kept us up to date through out the entire process from several months before we put our house on the market to after closing. She came up with an amazing marketing strategy which resulted of the sale of our house within a day after we put it on the market. We felt completely supported the whole time and she bent over backwards to make the process as smooth as possible for us. We had a couple of maintenance items that had to be done as part of the contract and she helped us schedule the contractors, made sure the work required per the contract was completed, and communicated everything back to the buyers agent. Highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking to sell their home. Great experience!
