CATHY MEDER

Cathy and Ali are amazing! So knowledgable and easy to work with. We are so grateful for all of the guidance and support they provided us during the process of buying our first home!

Cathy was very helpful with advice on updating our home to attract buyers. Her cost effective suggestions helped maximize our sell. Her knowledge helped provide all the documentation to close as scheduled.

We used Cathy Meder while overseas to purchase a home prior to our return to the US. We had very specific requirements for what we needed and to fit with in our budget, and Cathy's knowledge of the areas we were looking in was extremely helpful. She helped us find a home that was profitable for us and in a great neighborhood. Now, more than a decade later, we couldn't have picked a better location or property on our own. We are hopeful to purchase a 2nd home now and we are looking forward to Cathy's help in negotiating our way to another great property.
