We sold our house on the first showing and only had a couple of weeks to find a new place to live. Kathryn was able to quickly learn our preferences and expand on our short-list of homes to tour. She is knowledgeable of the different areas we were interested in, quick to do the research on homes we were interested in touring, and very flexible in adjusting schedules last-minute as our work-schedules changed. Her calm demeanor throughout the process was refreshing, as was her delightful sense of humor. She was very patient as we gradually expanded our search area given the limited supply of inventory. When we finally made it to closing day, she was a fantastic negotiator for some last-minute walk-through issues that needed to be ironed out and helped us get through the day with positivity and a calm demeanor. Could not have been happier with her and the team. Great Job team Casey!!

We had an incredibly successful experience with Denise. We had taken our 3 year old new construction home off the market in December 2019 after 9 months, 30 showings, and no offers with another agent. In early January, we reached out to Denise who was recommended by a friend, and after our first meeting, we knew she was the one to list our house. At Denise's recommendation, we re-entered the market in January at a slightly higher price and within 2 weeks had 5 showings and a full price offer. Denise has an impressive record of home sales and what we liked the most is she keeps her listings at a manageable level so she is focused. The level of communication with Denise was far superior to anything we previously experienced and she was always proactive with information. We highly recommend Denise - she is one of the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with!
