We sold our house on the first showing and only had a couple of weeks to find a new place to live. Kathryn was able to quickly learn our preferences and expand on our short-list of homes to tour. She is knowledgeable of the different areas we were interested in, quick to do the research on homes we were interested in touring, and very flexible in adjusting schedules last-minute as our work-schedules changed. Her calm demeanor throughout the process was refreshing, as was her delightful sense of humor. She was very patient as we gradually expanded our search area given the limited supply of inventory. When we finally made it to closing day, she was a fantastic negotiator for some last-minute walk-through issues that needed to be ironed out and helped us get through the day with positivity and a calm demeanor.
