Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable with the decision and that I aware of my options. I would recommend Mrs. Hicks to anyone looking to purchase their home

I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
