Kathy has got to be the best realtor in the state of Georgia. She does the hard work to ensure you get the best price for your home. When she tells you this is what she thinks your house is worth, believe her. She's not guessing. She's done the work. She spent at least 2 weeks looking at comps in the surrounding neighborhoods and putting together a beautiful brochure with spectacular photos highlighting my home. After I'm sure was exhaustive research, we came to an agreeable sale price. She listed my home at 1:00 PM. Called me at 2:30 PM to tell me she had a couple coming to look at the house. At 4:00 PM she called and said we had an offer and would let me know what that was soon. By 8:00 PM I had a full price offer and a signed contract 30 minutes later. If you think you can find a better realtor, good luck. She's the best as far as I'm concerned.

I was recommended Pam Saunders to sell my house. She took time to come to my new house and meet with me, she brought the comps for the area and explained it to me. The property to be sold was a rental with tenants, she reviewed the contract and explained how to get out of it. Once the house was ready for the market listing she explained the process and kept me updated on the comps in the area. She kept me encouraged as the showing were turning up no offers.
