Kathy has got to be the best realtor in the state of Georgia. She does the hard work to ensure you get the best price for your home. When she tells you this is what she thinks your house is worth, believe her. She's not guessing. She's done the work. She spent at least 2 weeks looking at comps in the surrounding neighborhoods and putting together a beautiful brochure with spectacular photos highlighting my home. After I'm sure was exhaustive research, we came to an agreeable sale price. She listed my home at 1:00 PM. Called me at 2:30 PM to tell me she had a couple coming to look at the house. At 4:00 PM she called and said we had an offer and would let me know what that was soon. By 8:00 PM I had a full price offer and a signed contract 30 minutes later. If you think you can find a better realtor, good luck. She's the best as far as I'm concerned.

Kathy was instrumental with her professional strengths in helping solve problems with a home we purchased. Recently, in selling our much loved home, she was always available to answer questions and was straightforward with us, which we really appreciated.
