What impressed me the most about Shane is that he always protects his customer first above anything else. Shane helped us buy our dream home. But before all of that, we were looking at another home which we liked but did not love. The seller was asking for something unreasonable that left us unprotected as first time homeowners. Shane could have advised us to close and he could have moved on with a quick sale. He did not and was adamant that the seller remove the clause and advised us properly. After that, he helped us find a much better home, negotiated it strongly saving us 10,000s and had a smooth process closing it. We are 100% happy with Shane as our realtor and would use him again in the future when needed.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10
