The amount of effort and time Sheree put into walking me through the process was so fantastic. From the first day we met, her knowledge and enthusiasm was heartfelt. She spent the first morning we met, walking me through all the paperwork and guiding me on the best approach on timing the sale. From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered. Not only did I feel like I had all the information needed to make informed decisions, but I also felt like I was in the best of hands. Especially because, as a new seller, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I am beyond thrilled she was my agent and would highly recommend her.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10

Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very thorough. Went out of her way, and schedule, to accommodate me. Very determined to find me what I was looking for, despite the market being the way it is! Spent many weekends with me looking at MANY properties, and thanks to her, and the Grace of God, we finally found the one! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her perseverance, and knowledge of the trade. Knows the geography too!!! Made the closing very UN complicated as well. Turned my frustration into a wonderful experience. Will use nobody but her for any and all Real Estate deals.
