Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

There's no more of an expert in real estate than Tim. He's helped us with multiple purchases in the past and without him, we would not have gotten our new home.
