Blake was recommended by my real estate agent in North Carolina. My daughter was concerned about my living alone. I have lived in my house for 27 years. I am 77 years old and in good health but I understand her concerns. I have never sold a house. Blake guided me through the steps to sell my house He recommended ways to improve the house’s appearance to make it sell better. Within 4days I had an offer for my house with Blake’s guidance. The sales price was close to what Blake recommended. I would not have made it without Blake’s help.

Bridget was always accessible and informative throughout the real estate purchasing process. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional and she communicated with us throughout the process. She is a very professional realtor and was very thorough in communicating with all the other professionals involved in the transaction. We would highly recommend Bridget to anyone considering buying or selling real estate.
