I can't say enough good things about Daisha. She was so patient with my schedule while I prepped my house to get it ready for listing & sale. I will admit, I am not the easiest person to work with, but never once did Daisha shy away from my high-maintenance personality. Daisha was my coach & cheerleader throughout the entire process. She was always there for me and she always understood the many pressures and stresses I was going through. She was able to comfort me when I felt overwhelmed and guided my focus towards what was most important to prepare my home for listing. Her expertise, calm nature, and wise guidance is above anything I could have ever expected. My home was on the market for 0 (zero) days before we got our first cash offer! Two weeks later I was closing on my house. Without Daisha, this would not have happened.
