This was my 5th time doing business with Oleg and Atop team. I can not be happier! Atop team never seizes to amaze. From negotiations to staging, to painting the house prior to sale.... and many more advice! All was amazing! House sold with in 24 hours and above asking price! I truly felt taken care of - best way I can explain is Oleg an the Atop team wrapped their hand around us and we went through the process so smoothly as if it was a hug!

We hired Dylan to sell our house. One of parents was dying, and we needed to leave quickly. Dylan handled EVERYTHING. The estate sale. Cleaning out what was left over. Minor repairs. All in addition to the usual stuff. We decided on a price relative to another house in our neighborhood. Given the way the market is slowing down, it didn't sell quickly. We lowered the price once and received a good deal -- about $15k more than what other realtors had quoted us. I would definitely recommend Dylan as a realtor.
