Monica always provided constructive feedback with sound explanations. She was always friendly, personable, positive and energetic. The end result was a contract at our full asking price without ever having to put a ‘For Sale’ sign in our yard. Monica was very responsive at any day or hour and always professional throughout the contract and closing. She was a perfect fit for us. Monica is excellent at what she does on behalf of both buyers and sellers. It is easy to see how much she loves her job and working with her clients.
