Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch . As we live out of state that was a blessing !! We have been very happy with the service that Mrs. Beal provided ! ????

Highly recommended. We had a pleasure experience working with Phi Doan in searching our home in Alpharetta, GA area. He was highly responsive to your request for viewing. He helped us find answers to any questions we had about property, school system, neighborhood, etc. He did not attempt to influence your view or decision. He was very helpful in negotiation process as well. It was a smooth process and we could find our desire home rather quickly.

Terrell provided sound advice, truly great marketing brochures, and had our house, with beautiful pictures, on the relevant websites very quickly. His professionalism was beyond reproach and is knowledge of the market was second to none.
