Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant.
