I had an approved renovation loan and man was the process laborious. From touring the properties, the HUD Consultant Reviews, to the inspections, to the strategy with the lender, securing an accepted offer...William was quite knowledgeable, honest, and patient. He would point out red flags of the home, aggressive in drafting and submitting my offers timely to get ahead of the competition and he was not self-centered. He wasn't solely focused on trying to secure a bag for himself. He definitely showcased genuine care and concern for me as one of his clients. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
