I had an excellent experience with Dakota as my agent for purchasing a recent home. It felt personalized and he met all my needs. He started by truly listening to me as an individual and making sure I was notified immediately of any new homes on the market that matched my criteria. He was so patient in letting me see quite a few homes to help really narrow down my search by discussing likes/dislikes before finally finding the one. The offer making process and under contract period were made much smoother by him expertly answering all my questions and explaining every step of the way to closing. I am so thankful I found my perfect home but even more glad I had a fantastic and knowledgeable agent to guide me through the experience. I would highly recommend him for all your home buying or selling needs, you get a huge advantage when you have a passionate and knowledgeable agent by your side for it.

Jeff Beal has been the agent on two of our properties. Our second house was not the ideal listing. The custom built home was unique to the area, priced at the top of the market and listed right before the holiday. We had 2 showings and got a full price offer from a woman out of New York. The photographer canceled and Jeff came out and took photos for the listing himself. Closing brought about an abundance of complications from the buyer and Jeff sacrificed a portion of his commission to push the deal across the finish line. Jeff wad extremely professional, and his communication and execution is next to none. His network reach and marketing helped us sell our house despite all of the risk. We will absolutely be using Jeff Beal and team for our future listing and would recommend him to others.
