Jeff Beal

Jeff Beal has been the agent on two of our properties. Our second house was not the ideal listing. The custom built home was unique to the area, priced at the top of the market and listed right before the holiday. We had 2 showings and got a full price offer from a woman out of New York. The photographer canceled and Jeff came out and took photos for the listing himself. Closing brought about an abundance of complications from the buyer and Jeff sacrificed a portion of his commission to push the deal across the finish line.
