My husband and I were life-long renters and found ourselves suddenly needing to relocate at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. The home rental market was dry, so we decided to take the plunge and buy our first home. We found Kelly through a family friend (another testimonial here!) and are so glad we did. Her experience and contacts were invaluable as she held our hands through the process. As if that weren’t hard enough, navigating “contactless” showings and multiple visits added greater complexity that it’s impossible to prepare for. Kelly maximized not just our time, but that of the sellers and other agents, making sure that we only looked at homes that were truly good options (e.g., in the price range, location, etc.). She never tried to up-sell us or talk us into anything we weren’t comfortable with, and she did a great job of helping us understand things we could live with now and work through later. She is friendly, practical, and sharp. If anyone told me before all this that our home buying experience would go so smoothly, I would not have believed them. -Miki Kress
