My husband and I were life-long renters and found ourselves suddenly needing to relocate at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. The home rental market was dry, so we decided to take the plunge and buy our first home. We found Kelly through a family friend (another testimonial here!) and are so glad we did. Her experience and contacts were invaluable as she held our hands through the process. As if that weren’t hard enough, navigating “contactless” showings and multiple visits added greater complexity that it’s impossible to prepare for. Kelly maximized not just our time, but that of the sellers and other agents, making sure that we only looked at homes that were truly good options (e.g., in the price range, location, etc.). She never tried to up-sell us or talk us into anything we weren’t comfortable with, and she did a great job of helping us understand things we could live with now and work through later. Buying a house can be very stressful however... my real estate agent Kelly Prewitt had all the answers for me before I could ask the question! Very comforting. She comes with a tremendous amount of experience. She has your back when it comes to negotiating with the seller! Kelly has a very pleasant way about her and always brings a smile to the table! I would definitely use her again. This is the second house she had sold me.

Kelly is fantastic. She did a great job educating us about the market and helping us figure out what to expect/look for as first time home buyers. She is smart, extremely accessible (she spent nights/morning/weekends answering questions), and very easy to get along with, which made spending weekends looking at houses with her easy and stress free. Selling and buying a house is at the least stressful. It’s the biggest transaction most people make - buying and selling. For us, Kelly provided great guidance from end-to-end. The most critical element in the entire process is trust and straightforward advice! Trust to get the sales price right - critical! Trust in and following knowing and experienced guidance sells homes - she is our trusted agent! The house sold in 2 days!

We were very happy with our experience with Kelly. She did an amazing job on all facets of the purchase of our home. She was always very responsive and acted as if the purchase of our home was extremely important to her. She was also good at dealing with the seller and negotiating the best deal for us on the home. During the process of finding our current home we did have to walk away from one home during the negotiation period because of some issues with the home. I feel like most realtors would have pushed to move ahead with the home, but Kelly advised us to walk away. We loved working with Kelly and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sale a home.
