As a first time buyer we didn't know how long the journey going to be and what question to ask. Mercedes did a outstanding job to help us find our home and we could not imagine a better agent to help us find our home and she was very gentle with my kids and they love her. she was very knowledgeable, her negotiation skill and attention for detail were outstanding. she was very flexible and her communication skill make it the process easy. she was always there to answer our question and went above a beyond for us to the point were we almost lost the house we have now. we highly recommend her for anyone who looking for their dream home

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us!
