After a week, he came back with a sale price that was well under the values I had found in my research. I started researching other agents in the area and found Joe Stockdale. Joe was able to list the house, recommend modest repairs, and find a buyer within about a week. As with most property sales, there were rocky points, but Joe was on top of them. I know I wasn’t his only client, but he responded to my concerns quickly and concisely. And even more impressive because I am in a time zone with a 3-hour difference. Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant. We really can’t say enough nice things about Jeff, he is the epitome of southern hospitality. When we moved from Colorado to Atlanta in late 2021 Jeff helped make the process vastly easier than we could have ever imagined. He is a wealth of local knowledge and was able to help direct our search to areas we might otherwise have missed. We absolutely love the house we found and we owe that in large part to Jeff! They are awesome they walked us through every step was very patient. This was our first home and we had a previous bad experience with a new home. They explain everything and are very understanding. They also do not rush you. Very professional and friendly.

Beverly helped us find our first home 7 years ago and the process even back then went so smooth. She was so amazing that we knew she would be the one to help us find our second home (7 years later)!
