I was talking to a good friend about selling my home. She referred me to Tesharra Alexander. Tesharra had recently helped my friend sell her home. She spoke so highly of Tesharra and stated that she's professional, very organized, and about business. My friend told me "Be sure you're ready because when I call her, she will be on it". She was absolutely right. She contacted Tesharra concerning me selling my home and Tesharra contacted me the same day, within the hour. I was available that day so we had our first Zoom meeting that evening. From our first meeting, I was so impressed with her professionalism, pleasant personality, and business acumen. My selling experience with Tesharra was amazing. From talking numbers for the sale, guiding me in staging my home, marketing, showing my home down to discussing the offers for my home, she made my experience very pleasant and stress-free. My initial anxiety and anxiousness was remedied with her professional guidance and expertise. She also sent me listings and helped me find my new place. Everything with my sale went smoothly and I sing her praises to anyone I know that is thinking of selling or buying. She is my Realtor for Life!! When I'm ready to buy again in a year or so, Tesharra is the only option for me. She's a GEM!!

Kat was so great to work with! She was always quick to respond and patient with all of our questions as 1st time homebuyers! She is an expert and explains things in an easy to understand way. She helped us create a strong offer that was selected over strong competition. Another plus, she has great relationships with vendors to get things done quickly. We are so happy with our experience and so excited and grateful for our new home. Kat is also so fun to be around, her warmth and enthusiasm is refreshing! I would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone who ever needs a realtor. Thanks Kat!!
