Kat is the best!!!!
Kat was so great to work with! She was always quick to respond and patient with all of our questions as 1st time homebuyers! She is an expert and explains things in an easy to understand way. She helped us create a strong offer that was selected over strong competition. Another plus, she has great relationships with vendors to get things done quickly. We are so happy with our experience and so excited and grateful for our new home. Kat is also so fun to be around, her warmth and enthusiasm is refreshing! I would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone who ever needs a realtor. Thanks Kat!!
