We recently moved to the area from the Midwest and had the pleasure of being able to work with Jessica Weston of Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Georgia Properties. Jessica was referred to us by a co-worker. Knowing that moving can be a stressful experience, but not if you have Jessica by your side. Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch . As we live out of state that was a blessing !! We have been very happy with the service that Mrs. Beal provided ! ????
