Martina was wonderful and found the perfect furnished apartment for my mother in less than a week's time! I had spent months looking on my own, but Martina is an expert who knows the area and really listens to your needs. She was extremely attentive and thought of everything, negotiating with the landlord, asking all the right questions, and guiding us through the paperwork process. I know that I have found a realtor that I can trust and will definitely use again when my mom needs to look for a house, or if I need to relocate. She is an excellent communicator and really takes care of clients.

Bonnie helped my family and I in our home search in 2019. She was fabulous, we couldn’t have had a better realtor. She is very knowledgeable, worked until late in the night getting our offer ready to be submitted. Answered any and all questions, if we needed contractors had those numbers readily available as well. She even entertained our daughter while my husband and I looked through one of the homes. Kyle and his team have done several jobs for us and everything has been perfect. We added hardwoods to our master bedroom and bathroom and retiled the shower. In our kitchen, we had the island repainted, counters replaced, backsplash replaced and a custom cabinet built to complete our ‘am/pm bar’. They also put hardwoods in our powder bath. Our home only had a 2-car garage, so they built us an architecturally correct detached garage to match our modern farmhouse…the garage is amazing. Finally, we had bought a 3-acre lot to build a house but decided to buy our current farmhouse instead. Kyle did a great job and the lot received an offer in 4- weeks after languishing for a year with a different realtor. So glad we got Kyle on the job!
