We had an amazing experience working with Amber Lawrance while purchasing our land in Ellijay, GA. She was an incredible help throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect property for our future farm. Amber spent hours with us—walking miles of land, answering every question, and never making us feel rushed. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication made what could have been an overwhelming process enjoyable and exciting. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right piece of land, not just making a sale. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and are so grateful for everything Amber did for us. If you're looking for a realtor who is hardworking, honest, and truly invested in her clients, we highly recommend Amber!

Amber was calm, confident, knowledgeable, patient and a clear communicator. She never made us feel like we were a burden and never downplayed our concerns or need for a through Due Diligence process. She was respectful and gave us the scope we needed to feel confidant through the process. I would highly recommend her.

This will be the 8th investment property with Amber- Always a good experience! She will continue to be my preferred agent for all my real estate going forward. Multiple offers on this one! She's already found me another that's under contract! Thank you!
